Mike and
Frances Furst live east of Clarinda Iowa on an acreage in the
East River Township. Mike has been in the construction
business (1st Construction) for about 30 years. He has built
many quality homes in and around the Clarinda area. He
specializes in custom homes, but has done everything from
remodeling to commercial construction.
In 2004, he decided to look into the modular home market, due
to the large interest in our area. After touring the All
American Home factory he was very surprised at the quality of
these homes. Not only were they built as well as a site built
home, they are extra tough to withstand the drive down the
highway.
Our homes come from Dysersville Iowa. The All American
employees take great pride in their product, some having
worked there for 20 years or more. We knew these were the kind
of people we could trust to build the homes we wanted to sell.
